Set Screw Stripped - Poor Threads
Tissue holder is heavy and pretty. However neither my contractor nor I could prevent the holder from spinning/tipping. The set screw stripped from repeated attempts at tightening. The poor threads in the body of the tissue holder seem to be the issue.

Poor mounting hardware
Bought 3 of the units. Installed by plumbing installer. Only 1 of the 3 would tighten sufficiently. Ultimately threads on set screw hole stripped. Beautiful product but poorly designed for instalation.

we've secured it to the wall multiple times because it matches our faucets but loosens then falls off (and cracks marble!) bad design.
