Can this be used on the H612RB to replace the ceramic handles?

What accessories go with this?

How does this handle attach to the assembly? Does it come with a set screw?

Thank you for your question. Delta Faucet part # A716CZ has a screw in the end of it that will thread into the handle base to hold it in place.
