Is there a tool for installing new BAS4BX for replacing broken slides?Its very difficult compressing the spring and sliding on the new slide.

Thank you for your question. There is not a special tool to install the Delta BAS4BX Adjustable Pin-Mount can be slid/installed onto the slide bar once the end cap is removed.

Need part number of.small metal chrome piece that fits on the bar slide Delta BAR SLD-15511C 500896 and connects to the hand-held showerhead.
The small metal chrome connector I am looking for fits on the bar slide [Delta BAR SLD-15511C 500896 previously sold by Alsons before Alsons was purchased by Delta]. What is the part number of the piece that connects between bar slide and the hand-held shower head? I would like to purchase it.
Hi James. Thank you for your question. If the pictured BAS4BX bar slide with tensioner is not the correct part, the BAS3BX bar slide and knob that is chrome and goes around the round bar should be the part that you need.

The description for this states that it is for square bars, not round bars. Do you have the mount for the round bars? I have an older Alson's slide bar, and need a new mount for it. Thanks!
