Rated 3 out of 5 by from Disappointed I should have listened to my contractor. Instead I insisted on buying this drain in Stainless/Brushed nickel. If you don't completely dry it after showering, it discolors and looks almost RUSTED!!! Horrible. Very disappointed. It should be made in a lumicoat finish. It doesn't even have a hair strainer like other brands do for alot less money.

After evaluating several alternatives, including a more costly Kohler model, we determined that this Delta drain presented the optimal combination of suitability and value. Its substantial weight immediately conveyed a sense of quality, distinguishing it from less expensive options. The matte black finish seamlessly complements our Moen valve trim and Delta HydroRain showerhead, with any aesthetic discrepancies being negligible. We are confident in our selection of this drain and highly recommend it for bathroom remodeling projects, even when integrating with other brands.

Can i buy the grill only?

Will this shower drain work to replace a Schluter Kerdi stainless steel 4" x 4" drain kit model KD/PVC/E. Hopefully, able to just change the drain cover itself without tile work. Trying to have everything in shower match the champagne bronze fixtures.
