Great technology
I bought this faucet a week ago. Paired it with Alexa and I don’t have to touch it if I don’t want to. Do you want a cup or 1 1/2 Cups of water? Just ask Alexa to do it for you.

Awesome faucet!
This faucet replaced a 7 year old Delta touch faucet that was also outstanding but due to my mistake trying to clean the sprayer head, I messed up the chrome finish. Decided on this newer touch faucet with Alexa compatibility and the ability to ask it to do a multitude of different tasks. So far, so good as the features are top notch!

Worth The Cost
I use the audio “skills” daily. Honestly, I thought it would be nice to have voice capabilities for a faucet but once I set up my “skills” (commands) I realized how handy this is. Instead of running an extra line of electricity under the sink the plumber used

Too expensive for bad voice command actions
I’ve had the faucet for a month and I was so excited to have a new tech toy. The only reason why I decided on this expensive faucet was because of the voice command, and I’m very disappointed by the quality of technology. I’ve programmed Alexa the commands, and half of the time it works. When Alexa does recognize the exact phrase (can’t be one word different), it takes 3-5 seconds for the faucet to start. Slow lag, and it’s not my internet connection. It’s just as easy to touch the faucet to turn on/off. The matte black is nice and the design is good looking. I would not recommend this product and will not buy again.

Not happy - Returning the 2 that I purchased
I purchased 2 of these faucets about 2 weeks ago and am not satisfied. The voice commands rarely work and both faucets constantly have the screens clogged and then continue to drip and will only provide a very weak stream of water.

A unique high tech Kitchen appliance
I'm a consummate techie and the Delta faucet is both fun and functional. Being able to measure out specific amounts of water for cooking is great. Having the voice activated touch free functionality allows me to be more efficient not having to put down cooking utensils or food when working in the kitchen. Good job Delta!

Cool Faucet, but it leaks
I bought this faucet and installed it. Sometimes it leaks (a strong drip) when you touch to turn it off or when you have alexa turn it off. I can't seem to pinpoint when or why it does it. The only fix I have is to shut the handle off which defeats the hole purpose on why I bought this faucet.

When requested from amazon Ecco Voice IQ does not dispense the proper cup amounts. That is also with container amounts. Great concept but needs some fine tuning.

Very Impressed
We did a kitchen remodel and decided to include this voice command faucet and are so Happy we did this upgrade.
But in truth It has taken us several days to slowly break our old habits and to start speaking commands to the faucet.
During the c-19 virus outbreak it is nice not having to wipe down the faucet every time it is used.

Love this faucet!
We got this to round-out our kitchen remodel and it is glorious! The touch turn-on is wonderful and the ability to have the Alexa device turn it on, off, measure a specific amount of water, heat up the water, etc. is great. I would highly recommend this faucet to anyone looking for an upgrade to their kitchen - especially if you are in the kitchen a lot!

Fantasic Replacement Facuet
Bought this faucet to replace our current Delta faucet that was beginning to show wear after many years of service. The Touch feature is great by itself, but the Voice IQ module addition has made a tremendous difference. The auto measuring through Alexa is something that I would never have thought we would use as much as we do. However even after the novelty of using it wore off, we find that we still use this feature constantly for cooking and other things. It has been a great investment!

Love the voice control
I love that you can set it up for custom containers. I set it up to my spaghetti pot with 10 cups of water. I can just set the pot in the sink and say "Alexa, ask delta to fill the spaghetti pot" I can keep doing other things instead of standing there with the pot. Same with the coffee pot. While it is being filled I can be putting coffee in the filter.

Faucet is great. Alexa integration needs work
I really like the faucet. The touch sensor makes the faucet convenient and useful. The installation was easy and the quality of the faucet is excellent. The Alexa integration could use moe commands and I wish I could name my custom fills instead of using the preset names the program allows. I also wish they had an app instead of having to use the web. All in all, I'm glad a bought the faucet. It looks good and add functionality to my kitchen.

Easy installation and Alexa setup
I added the Delta VoiceIQ module to an existing Brizio touch faucet. Very easy installation and set up with Alexa. Dispenser amounts are close, but not exact (if you are OCD like me). That's easy to correct when you are defining pre-named objects, like a coffee pot. You can simply tweak the the amount you set so that the output is exact. Dispensed amounts seem to be relatively independent of flow rate, but also seem most accurate at high flow rates.
I do wish the voice commands were direct Alexa commands and not an Alexa skill. For example, it would be much more convenient to say, "Alexa, fill the coffee pot," instead of, "Alexa, ask Delta to fill the coffee pot."
Voice control faucets won't be truly usable until everything including flow rate and temperature can be controlled by voice. I'm sure that will come someday, but until then the Delta VoiceIQ is the next best thing.

Great idea - poor execution!
Bought this two weeks ago. It worked wonderfully for two days. Fairly easy to set up. Unfortnately, it developed a mind of its own. It sporadically turns and off at will (10-20 times a minute), and the top of the faucet becomes unresponsive. About every 3rd or 4th touch actually registers and then only turns on or off for a second before it starts clicking and cycling again. Have tries different plugs, using extension cord, etc to no avail. If it is unplugged and turned off - faucet goes back to working flawlessly using touch.

Looks great and easy to connect to Alexa
I had this faucet professionally installed but it appeared relatively easy. I love the champagne brass color and was easy to get other accessories to match.
I love that you don’t have to connect to Alexa through another app. Set up was easy and that has not been my experience w 3rd party connections.
Didn’t think I would use the voice command part, but find it super convenient.

Surprised Me!
The first time I saw the Delta faucet with VoiceIQ announced in a magazine I was amused, thinking it was just one more gadget, but as more articles and then reviews came along the concept made more sense. I had used hands-free foot-controlled faucets in commercial kitchens a few times, and though they cost about the same or more, voice control seemed both more sensible and, with the ability to dispense specific amounts, more useful. Finally I broke down and had one demonstrated in my plumber's showroom (Great Lakes Plumbing LLC in Holland MI) where Mark showed me just what it could do, and I was sold.
I have not regretted it for one minute; as I'd suspected, Delta's VoiceIQ is an improvement over mechanical solutions like foot controls, the ability to control quantity from milliliters to gallons (both English and Metric are supported) and even to "train" the faucet for specific containers, coupled with the sheer convenience of hands-free operation, are worth every penny. Add the fact I can determine, with excellent accuracy, the volume of water which has passed through my Delta over a given period, the auto-shutoff for safety, the warning indicator for water temperature, and the fact Delta continues to add features, and I have to admit, the "skeptical me" who saw those first announcements would be flabbergasted.
All that, and Delta quality too? You can't go wrong!

One of the features mentioned for the VoiceIQ Module (EP100855) is the ability to "warm the water". Is this true, since it appears that the Touch20 and VoiceIQ controllers are installed downstream of where the water temperature is set (at the handle).
Thank you for your question, Canquest! The water will run until it reaches a warm temperature of 95° F (35° C), then shut off. The faucet handle must be set to the "hot" position for this to work. A four minute automatic shutoff will override this function if the water does not reach the target temperature within this time frame.

I recently installed a 9113T-AR-DST. I was planning on adding the power supply for the standard touch function. If I add the voice IQ will i need 2 power supplies under my sink or does the one power supply power both the solenoid and the Voice IQ module?

Hi my Delta solenoid has the following information on it X00074948, 09/05/17 06:55 A. v2.8.0 It also has the Ethernet port on the side. Will it work with the voiceIQ retrofit kit?

A Generation 3L solenoid will have a white sticker on the front of the solenoid, that has numbers X00090218 or X00090219. If the white sticker on the solenoid has numbers X00074948, you would need to install an EP92546 solenoid assembly, in order to use the voice module. The number off the white sticker on EP92546 would be X00090218. I have included a link to that solenoid's web page for your own reference.
