Rated 4 out of 5 by from Novel feature but... Not practical...the set-up instructions lack detail and are frustrating. I had to call tech support. Once up and running, we don't use the feature much - not practical. Faucet doesn't handle large amounts well, eg. over 4 cups (to get hot water), faucet keeps running. We've resorted to "dispense one cup." - Oh, it also needs a dedicated outlet (not switched, ie. can't use disposal outlet).

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nicest faucet I’ve ever used I was surprised at how easy it was to install and get working. I have installed several faucets over the years and looking inside the packaging for this faucet I was initially intimidated. About an hour later, everything was working. The Voice IQ has been fun as well as helpful. Just ask Alexa to tell Delta to give me 1 cup of water. To my surprise, it was extremely accurate. The Touch feature has been something we have found we can’t live without now that we have it. The only head scratcher for me was why have the battery pack with 6 AAA batteries and the hardwired plug in. It seems power from the hardwire would have been enough to power both modules. Maybe there’s a technical reason, but either way, everything worked flawlessly after installation.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Excellent Faucet I bought this faucet a few weeks ago when my older Faucet’s went bad. I loved the idea of having additional smartness added to my home so I went with this model. The faucet is beautiful. Setup took a few tries as it had issues during the software download process. The two things I wish I could do similar to other products is hook up both assistants Google and Alexa. I have a few Alexa devices but I am primarily a Google Assistant household. I couldn’t figure out how to do so unless both accounts have to be tied to the same email. The second thing I hope Delta works on is the Google Assistant interaction implementation. Most of my smart devices have a direct command to perform the task where I have to ask assistant to talk to Delta and then provide the command which takes quite a bit of time versus the Alexa skill implementation.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Cool Features Got this at Christmas time. Finally got around to installing. Takes a good hour as you need to run electric also. Needs to have an outlet powered all the time or it won't work well. Only use Alexa portion of the faucet for measurements and it's pretty on point. Cool for when your hands are dirty. Love the touch portion of the faucet also. One tap on and one tap off. We use this more than the alexa commands. Worth $700? Probably not but new tech is always overpriced to cover their "engineering" or what not. Delta is a good company and makes great products.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice but long voice commands Purchased this product, installation on the touch20 was super simple and quick but the wifi setup proved to be a bit difficult. After finally getting it to work properly from a tech support call, I found the voice commands to be a bit winded and long. Overall, handy to have when cooking and eliminates the need to use a measuring cup anymore for water.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Absolutely one of the best Smart Home add ons When I saw this on a commercial, I was like this is awesome and being the techie I am I was bound to get one. Well the opportunity arose when my existing faucet started leaking. This was my chance and I took it. It was was a little hard to get it to connect to my internet, I have two wifi routers in my house one is Google Wifi and the other is Samsung Smart things. After multiple failures trying to connect to Google Wifi I finally tried the Smart things router and it connected on the first try. So there must be something with Google Wifi that is an issue. So you should be aware of that. But once connected and updated, Alexa worked as promised. "Alexa, tell Delta to give me 1 cup of water" and I get exactly one cup of water. "Alexa, tell Delta to give me 4 quarts of water" worked. Alexa, tell Delta to give me 1 Tbsp of water, Nope too small of an amount. Seems 1/4 cup, 4 tbsps, 2 oz however you say it is the smallest amount it will do accurately. Very impressed. I found when turning the water on and off I can just say "Alexa turn on water or turn off water" and she seems to know too tell Delta to do it. But when asking for measurements you will need to ask or tell delta to perform. Highly recommend this faucet, not only does it look great, it performs as promised.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not Bad but need some improvement It does work, but is expensive. Annoying that you have to go to a webpage instead of an app like every other wifi smart home device. I keep all my Smart home apps in a folder on my phone to keep them organized and can't do that with Delta. The commands for Google assistant are too long. "Het Google, Ask Delta Faucet to turn On" One things that works very well and is very handy is the Metered amount commands. Filling pitchers and other items while walking away to grab other stuff is great. No more measuring cups needed for water. I like that a lot. Should be able to setup both Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant. Time from commands to actual action is a little slow, so it's faster to just touch the faucet.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from It works great! I brought this a week ago and it is awesome; however, the setup instructions suck and this is the reason why I am giving this product only four stars. The most important part was left Ed off the instructions and that is once you plug up the internet cable on both ends and you see a solid red light; you must unplug the Ethernet cable from the solenoid switch and then plug it back in; you should now see a blinking green light. Now you can connect it to your WiFi. Make sure your WiFi is set to 2.4 ghz. Also, when it is time to connect your WiFi; make sure you type in your own user name and password.

I would recommend this product for people who enjoy cooking and don't have the free hands or time to sit there and watch the pot fill up with water.

I have been trying to Connect to Google Home, and the Delta action never shows up, even after following both the other company instructions inside, and the Delta instructions on the pamphlet. That is disappointing, as I already had a much cheaper touch faucet, and could have just kept that.

I don't have a computer or a phone, will a voice activated faucet work?

Hi How do i know if my product is still under warranty? I'm currently having trouble with my faucet that it wont stop leaking water apparently it is the electronic solenoid or something... my product model is 19922tz-sssd-dst bought it back on 2021 - 22

One of the features mentioned for the VoiceIQ Module (EP100855) is the ability to "warm the water". Is this true, since it appears that the Touch20 and VoiceIQ controllers are installed downstream of where the water temperature is set (at the handle).

Thank you for your question, Canquest! The water will run until it reaches a warm temperature of 95° F (35° C), then shut off. The faucet handle must be set to the "hot" position for this to work. A four minute automatic shutoff will override this function if the water does not reach the target temperature within this time frame. Best Regards, Benjamin

I recently installed a 9113T-AR-DST. I was planning on adding the power supply for the standard touch function. If I add the voice IQ will i need 2 power supplies under my sink or does the one power supply power both the solenoid and the Voice IQ module?

How do you connect with Google? Amazon has a skill, but when I search Delta or VoiceIQ nothing comes up in the Google home app.

Hi my Delta solenoid has the following information on it X00074948, 09/05/17 06:55 A. v2.8.0  It also has the Ethernet port on the side. Will it work with the voiceIQ retrofit kit?

Thank you for your question, Rneel! In order to use the EP100855 voice module, you would need to have a Generation 3L solenoid. A Generation 3L solenoid will have a white sticker on the front of the solenoid, that has numbers X00090218 or X00090219. If the white sticker on the solenoid has numbers X00074948, you would need to install an EP92546 solenoid assembly, in order to use the voice module. The number off the white sticker on EP92546 would be X00090218.
