The switch itself is suspect to work at best. That said, I suppose this power supply is doing the job it's designed to do.

What's the difference between these A/C adapters for Touch 2.0 faucets: EP102157 (which sometimes has a "C" suffix), & EP73954? Is one more recent? Will each of them work with each of these Touch 2.0 faucets: 19802TZ-SP-DST and 9113T-AR-DST?

I have the Trinsic touch faucet with DC battery pack.  The battery case is damaged.  I want to instal the AC adaptor but it calls for the battery pack to remain in place. Can I just cut and splice the wires, remove battery pack, and run on AC?

How do I know if I need a new solenoid?  It seems like you need a working solenoid to use this adapter.  If I need a new solenoid what is the part number for the Touch 2?  Any chance my faucet is still under warranty?  It’s less than 5 years old.

Our fault battery powered faucet will turn on and the valve will be turned up but we can not get any water to come out. After moving the valve handle from hot to cold and few times and to the off position and back on, the water finally starts coming out.
