Cord not long enough. No specs on sowc sheet?
I purchased the faucet and adapter. Our plug is further away and is plugged in but the cord is not long enough. I have been trying to see what the plug in size is for the adapter and this is not on the spec sheet? Is this 9v 2 Amp and the connector is somewhere between 300mA to 1500mA?
Can you please add the actual specs o yo the spec sheet?

This can't cost you more than a few bucks to manufacture - if that. You should be ashamed of yourselves for charging this price. Sad. Especially with all of the battery pack issues I have with your product.

Hi. I emailed an earlier question regarding my Delta 9197T faucet & compatibility with an EP102157. Can I omit the battery pack for the faucet or do I have to leave it plugged in? If not, when the batteries die, will the adapter still work?

You can use the A/C adapter while leaving the batteries installed. The faucet will use the batteries as a backup if there are any issues with the adapter itself, or the plug-in.
