The switch itself is suspect to work at best. That said, I suppose this power supply is doing the job it's designed to do.

Hello, my Delta Touch2O Pilar, early model with no AC compatibility is starting to give us problems. Irregular water flow and have to change the batteries every couple months or so. Is it possible to convert this unit to accept the AC adapter? Thanks.

I have a Brizo 64025LF (Art). I have the battery pack now. Below the sink, I have a circuit for the touch faucet. Would you please confirm this product: EP102157 is the correct adapter to power the touch function and replace the batteries?

I have the recently had to replace the solenoid valve and have the power adapter. The faucet now works but blinks red. It seems this is the signal for dead batteries — do I have to put batteries in even though I have the power adapter?

Hi AmyC, Thank you for your question about the Delta Faucet EP102157. The red blinking light indicates a power issue. I recommend checking that the outlet has power and is grounded. Remove and replace the cord into the solenoid valve to confirm a connection is made. We recommend having batteries installed in case of loss of power. Under normal use, do you have an approx. idea how long a set of batteries last for this unit without using the power supply?

Hi Larry, Thank you for your question about the Delta Faucet AC adapter EP102157. Ordinary alkaline batteries will last up to one year with 20 minutes of usage per day. Hi, your Touch faucets, are they supposed to also work like a regular faucet by just turning the handle away from the base? I ask because my girlfriend has a Delta Touch kitchen faucet, and the handle won't activate the flow of water until you touch it.

You can tap the handle, faucet base, and faucet spout to turn it off and on. If you grab the handle to adjust the temperature or grab the spout to move it left to right the faucet will register as a grab and will not turn off nor on. We appreciate your inquiry. The solenoid has a connector for the optional ac power and a RJ-45 female connector for Ethernet connection what is that used for?
