PRODUCT FEATURES
The solenoid assembly enables your Delta Touch2O® pull-down kitchen faucet. It senses your touch and shows the water temperature. Consider replacing this part if you notice either of these two issues: The faucet keeps dripping until you move the handle to OFF, even after you’ve flushed the system. Or Touch activation works only sometimes, and you’ve already ruled out other causes (improper installation, metal shank touching the sink, loose wires, battery pack in the wrong spot, or tapping the faucet incorrectly).
- To ensure compability with your faucet, location a sticker on the solenoid assembly with a part number. Part numbers that work with this replacement solenoid are X00090218, X00074948, X00070887, or X00064463.
- EP92546 is compatible with faucets with the following finishes: Arctic Stainless (AR), Black Stainless (KS), Champagne Bronze (CZ), Chrome, Lumicoat® (PR), or Polished Nickel (PN)
- EP92546XX is for a faucet with the finish Matte Black (BL), Matte White (MW), Spotshield® Stainless (SP), or Venetian Bronze (RB)
- Backed by Delta Faucet's Electronics 5-year Limited Warranty

Unreliable solenoid
Same disappointing experience as other reviewers. This appears to be a cheap part that fails on a regular basis. I am now replacing for 2nd time, but reliability degraded a ways back and it was some time ago that it began to operate only intermittently. Delta needs to offer a higher quality replacement part.

Solenoids need to be replaced so often
I bought the Delta Lenta touch faucet 2 years ago, and now the solenoid needs to be replaced. It's leaking and no amount of flushing the system will fix it.
I had another Delta touch faucet before this and the solenoid also needed to be replaced every few years. It's not worth the money and the trouble

Love the touch feature, but the solinoid has to be replaced every 6 to 12 months. Not built to last. This will be my 3rd one.

Easy to use, no additional parts needed.. worked at it should and eliminated the false touch..

Keeps failing
2nd replacement in 4 yeaes. Solenoid keeps sticking/barely opening after about 2 years each and these replacements are too expensive for what they do. Fortunately you can simply take out the solenoid and connect the water line that can normal faucet but then why pay for the touch2o function Will replace with a Moen.

Brizio Touch On/Off Switch
We have a 10-year old Brizio 'touch-on/off' faucet that lost its ability to function. Purchase this replacement but it only works intermittently. Looks like we'll have to move forward with the purchase of a fully new faucet.

Sucks don't buy!
$800 faucet solenoid goes out once a year. Warranty is only5 years on electronics!
