PRODUCT FEATURES
The solenoid assembly enables your Delta Touch2O® pull-down kitchen faucet. It senses your touch and shows the water temperature. Consider replacing this part if you notice either of these two issues: The faucet keeps dripping until you move the handle to OFF, even after you’ve flushed the system. Or Touch activation works only sometimes, and you’ve already ruled out other causes (improper installation, metal shank touching the sink, loose wires, battery pack in the wrong spot, or tapping the faucet incorrectly).
- To ensure compability with your faucet, location a sticker on the solenoid assembly with a part number. Part numbers that work with this replacement solenoid are X00090225,X00080379, X00080377, X00071283,or X00064738.
- EP92546XX is for a faucet with the finish Matte Black (BL), Matte White (MW), Spotshield® Stainless (SP), or Venetian Bronze (RB)
- EP92546 is compatible with faucets with the following finishes: Arctic Stainless (AR), Black Stainless (KS), Champagne Bronze (CZ), Chrome, Lumicoat® (PR), or Polished Nickel (PN)
- Backed by Delta Faucet's Electronics 5-year Limited Warranty

Pitty small removable parts aren't sold separate!
I bought the Delta Faucet Leland Single-Handle Touch Kitchen Sink Faucet with Pull Down Sprayer, Touch2O and ShieldSpray Technology, Magnetic Docking Spray Head, Venetian Bronze 9178T-RB-DST... I had noticed the filter from the solenoid needed some cleaning, and when I was unscrewing the blue-black-top- screw (as seen in the picture) the bottom ring broke.
I have been looking in your website, and I don't see an option to just buy the blue-black-top- screw where the filter is!
The filter requires at least every 6 months to be taken out for cleaning and the plastic of this part is very fragile, and not having the option to just buy this seems a ripoff, if one is forced to buy the whole solenoid part (at $160.00) for that small removable part

Great replacement
My faucet went out. I called Delta and was treated completely professional. They determined that it was the solenoid and immediately sent me a new one. (I had to pay for it of course.) The installation was simple and easy. My faucet is working now. These faucets are fantastic.

Only lasts two years
I thought that I'd be replacing washers or parts like that in five of more years but not a $170 part, every two years.
Looks nice. Works MOST of the time. Can not give it a recommendation to purchase.

Nice faucet when it works!
When the water works, it's lovely. Having trouble keeping water running for one reason or another, like the touch sensor is finicky, the new batteries went bad, the solenoid went out, etc. I will say, however, that Delta Customer Service has been excellent.

Great Service
I bought my faucet approx. 2 - 3 months ago and it started turning off gradually and slowly instead of instantaneously as it had in the past. I called service - the process was very efficient - and I receive the replacement part within a few days. I replaced the part and all is well. Thanks everybody!

What is the difference between this item and EP92546?
Thank you for your inquiry, Mara! Since the finish of the faucet effects the touch function for our Delta faucets, the solenoids are different.
For Polished Chrome, Champagne Bronze, Arctic Stainless & Stainless Steel finishes order EP92546. For Matte Black & Venetian Bronze finishes order EP92546XX. Please feel free to call, email, or message us on social if there is anything else you need.

My delta facet EP 92546 solenoid needs replaced. It is not completely shutting off. The part number on my solenoid is X00090219. Is the X00090218 compatible? If not what part do I need to order.

Will this solenoid work with Model # 9192T-SSSD-DST? The solenoid that originally came with my faucet is gray. If solenoid EP92546 is compatible with Model 9192T-SSSD-DST, can you please clarify the difference between the two solenoids?
