if I order the H25C do I need to order the little chrome accent ring on the bottom or does it come with it? Also, what is the part number that I need to replace inside to stop the faucet from leaking?

The H25C comes with the accent piece as well as a pair of handles, and the parts that would fix leaking is the RP4993 and RP24096.
