A bust

It's pretty, but now I cannot get hot enough water. The company that installed this said it was an issue with the handle. Our sink water boils our hands, but the shower is lukewarm.

I'll Keep It But Wouldn't Buy It Again
I want to love this fixture. It looks beautiful and the features of the shower head are great. However, the finish chips easily and the shower handle comes off easily. The faucet is also comically large in scale. It's good enough to keep, but I wouldn't buy it again.

Very difficult to adjust the temperature control.
I had it installed by a professional plumber and he had a hard time adjusting the hot and cold temperatures. Even thought the hot pipe is in the left and the cartridge is adjusted accordingly, when pointed to hot cold water comes out and when painted to cold hot water comes out, I have no other option the returning the product back!!

Sure, you could purchase a more expensive shower head with all sorts of gadgets, but you don't need to. The Delta Ashlyn is an economical choice that delivers on ease of installation, use, and cleanliness. The handheld wand is easy to detach/attach thanks to Delta's improved design. The water flow is relaxing and consistent regardless of the spray option (there are 3 choices with this model). The wand is perfect for rinsing your entire shower as well as washing the dog. Broke within the first use!
Unfortunately I have to leave a bad review for this product, and I'm really frustrated to do so. I bought this a couple months ago as I am renovating my entire house, and just installed one week ago. On my first time using it, cleaning out the tub, the little lever that turns the water from the tub filler to the shower stopped working. I asked my plumber to come take a look and he said the piece is bad. Will have to return it.

Its a plastic everything
This was a little on the expensive side for me. My wife and I wanted this for the kids showers in new home. Delta has a good name and plumber said easy to get parts too. We bought it and when it got here oh my. The tub fill was plastic, the shower head was plastic, the line to the handheld was plastic, and the hand held was too. Looking now for a replacement.

Okay product
I love Delta products and have bought more expensive products for another shower and this is what I paid for. Not unhappy with the product but not sure how many years we will get out of it. It's not the more rugged Delta products we have purchased in the past. very plastic feeling in nature.

Leaks
Started leaking a year after installing. Plumber checked it out and couldn’t find a problem. Made sure water was emptied out of hose. Tried shutting off, then slightly turning handle on. Worked for a while. Then tried turning off with a little force. Again worked for a while. Now leaking a lot! Not happy with this purchase!

Delta... a name people USED TO trust
Just received my order and this Delta faucet is bronze-painted plastic! Both the shower head and hand-held shower are 100% plastic. I ordered the tub drain and that is metal though the overflow plate is scratched. This will all go back... do not waste your precious time considering this

How do I remove the handles from my faucet? Then instructions show an allen wrench however it does not show a size
