Hoping for great control
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this shower faucet for my new construction based on the recommendation from a friend who works for a plumbing supplier. My shower faucet will not be accessible from outside the shower. Therefore, I wanted to be able to turn my faucet on heat up to a comfortable temperature without having to stand in cold water. Because this faucet has a separate volume control, I can leave the temperature setting at my desired temperature when I turned the shower off and on. I also like that I can use the shower head as a hand held shower.

I love this one but having trouble with the other showerhead I bought

Don't buy this!
We are building a new home and I've bought all Delta fixtures as advised by the builder and plumber. They were installed today and this is the only thing that I don't like...really don't like! The shower head does not fit well in the housing and the hose is all wadded up, looking awful. The plumber told me he has one like it, hates it, and that the hose only hangs straight when hot water runs through it. Chose another option!

Love the In2ition shower
We bought this set in the brilliance stainless finish and had it installed. After using it for a few weeks, we've noticed water spots all over it that you cannot wipe off. We have soft water in our home and have wiped the faucet and the rest of the trim dry after use. I tried some windex spray and that didn't work. Is there some special polish you need to remove the water spots or is it a finish that is defective? We would appreciate any help you can give us regarding this. Thank you so much.

Awesome. Bought it for a remodel and found the trim ring not large enough to cover pre existing hole, called delta and they sent me a larger trim ring for free.

Nice Looking
Product looks great; but the hand held sprayer seems flimsy due to it just being plastic and doesn't have any weight to it. The handles are very sturdy and are really nice. One problem we have is that we aren't getting enough hot water; so will research how to remove the control valve. We had a plumber install so can't say anything about the installation process.

Stunning; great utility
I was looking for new bath and shower fixtures to replace decades-old fixtures. Especially important to me was the handheld shower in addition to the stationary mount; also, it had to be good looking and bold.
So, the installation was too much for me when it came to the faucet handle and changing out the valve. I've never plumbed before, and I didn't have the right tools to get into the tight areas. A professional was called in, who made quick work of replacing the valve. **Make sure you look into buying one if the small print says you have to**
As far as how it works and looks, we love it! The faucet is sizable and allows easy access for filling up buckets. The stationary mounted showerhead has easy-to-use settings, and so does the handheld shower. I think everyone should have a handheld shower if possible because it has many uses. This model has a nice handheld whose cord doesn't overpower you or overpower the looks of the tub and shower. The water flow at max flow is nice...our last showerhead ran too powerful, and we wasted a lot of water. The Dual Function handle is really cool and easy to use and a nice perk.
In summary, we love this package because of its striking looks and because it works great.

Nice fixture!
We used this handheld unit in my bath remodel and were very pleased with its looks. My one disappointment was with the tub spout, it seems not to be of as good quality as the trim and shower head unit.

Delta products disappointing
In my opinion, Delta is making some of their products so cheaply...this is one of them!!
The faucet is plastic....no weight to it..everything is cheap about it! The controls.... the cap comes off more times than not when changing water temperature...I'm thinking about returning the whole thing.....not worth the money!

How do I remove the handles from my faucet? Then instructions show an allen wrench however it does not show a size
