Are there instructions on how to replace the base of the Addison 2 handle bathroom faucet?

Thank you for your question about the Delta Faucet H292.
For the widespread faucet models 3592LF and 35992LF, replacement handle bases are available as RP61289. The faucet base is not a replaceable part for centerset faucet models 25992LF and 2592-MPU-DST.
