Will this work with the R2707 tub filler valves?

Thank you for your question. The H297SS are lavatory handles. These handles are too small to work with a roman tub faucet. We recommend the H697SS for the R2707. Here is the link to the handle kit:

How do I remove the small set screw on the side if the handle? It looks like a button.

Thank you for your question. The Cassidy Metal Lever Handles H297 can be removed by prying out the buttons on the side of the handles, then loosening the set screws with a 3/32" Allen wrench.

What is the bottom diameter of the handle? Could it be installed on a Classic Collection center-set base (2523LF-MPU) ?

Thank you for your inquiry! Yes, the Delta Cassidy Lavatory handles H297 will fit and work with the Delta Classic lavatory 2523LF-MPU faucet. All of the handle sets of our Delta Lavatory faucets are interchangeable with all of the two handle faucets, due to the Delta stem assembly shape, that they tighten to.

How do you remove the handles? I see no buttons, screws, or anything like that, and they don't seem to twist or screw on/off, either.
Thank you for your question, Maggie 22! The H297 handle has a small button cover on the base, just under the lever. This can be pried off to reveal the set screw responsible for holding the handle to the stem unit. This will require a 3/32" allen wrench.

What is the Height of this handle H297CZ? Is the top of the handle shorter than the low arc spout for the Cassidy wide spread bathroom faucet? Height is important for Medicine cabinet clearance. Thank youLy
