I just need the plasic insert and washer but cannot find a part number

Unfortunately, we don't carry the handle insert as an individual part. If a replacement insert is needed, the handle set would need to be replaced.

The Delta Faucet PIVOTAL® Metal Lever Handle Set - 2H Bathroom In Chrome MODEL#: H299 can be removed by turning the handle base counterclockwise and pulling up to remove it. Please refer to the maintenance and installation guide for more details, I have attached the link below.
