Joey, thank you for your question. Delta Faucet part #H516 is the handle only and cannot be utilized as an independent stop valve.

does this transfer valve use the standard rp60400 cartridge

Hi, Jim b! Thank you for your question. The transfer valve that uses the H516RB Handle Assembly does not use the RP60400 Valve Cartridge assembly. The correct stem extender is RP18627 and the diverter assembly is RP19653. Best Regards, Rosanna

Does the plastic insert to the diverter handle come with it and or can I purchase that plastic insert separately?

Thank you for your question, Grant! The insert is not meant to be removed and so it is not sold separately. If the insert on your handle is missing or damaged the entire handle will have to be replaced. Best regards, Edward

I have the wide spread bathroom faucet set that matches MODEL#: H516RB in oil rubbed bronze on a dual vanity. The handle is broken on the inside of one handle and needs to be replaced. Am I able to replace one side of the faucet?

Hi Tmi69, Thank you for your question about the Delta Faucet H516RB handle kit. This is a single handle used by a tub filler transfer valve. A widespread Victorian bathroom sink faucet model such as 3555LF or 3555-MPU-DST may use handle set RP64476RB, depending on the faucet model number. This handle set is only available as a pair. My handle for my spread victorian bathroom sink fixture will not shut off. I can swap the cold side handle onto the hot side handle and that handle shuts the supply down. How can I replace the malfunctioning handle for a functioning one?

Our products have a Limited Lifetime Warranty that covers parts (other than electronic parts and batteries) and finishes of Delta® faucets purchased from authorized Delta sellers to the original consumer purchaser to be free from defects in material and workmanship for as long as the original consumer purchaser owns the home in which the faucet was first installed.
