Just installed this item. Lever sits at 6:00, as I lift the lever upward, the water is more forceful & gets hotter (toward 3:00 position) BUT the lever won’t go beyond the 3:00 mark. Not even close to the cold & hot (green & red dots), should the lever?

Please accept our sincere apology for the inconvenience you are experiencing with your Delta Faucet Dorval™ Handle - 1L Volume FM Tub Filler/ 14S In Champagne Bronze MODEL#: H566CZ. Here is what we can do to resolve your issue for you. If the handle is on a 6 o'clock, and on and hot at 3 o'clock, it means that the rough valve was not installed properly. First thing we would recommend is to check and see if the word "UP" is on the top of the rough valve. There should also be 2 notches where the cartridge fits into the valve, those notches should be at 9 & 3. Thank you for being a loyal Delta Faucet customer.
