The handle mounting screws were not included with the handle kit (#H583CZ-PR) or the tub filler kit (#T5784-CZ-PR-LHP-WL). The parts diagram stats they should be included with the handle kit. If this is correct, how can I order the mounting screws?

What is the difference between this model (H583CZ-PR) and H596CZ-PR?

Thank you for your question about the Delta Faucet H583CZ-PR.
This handle kit fits a wall-mount tub filler and requires valve rough R3500-WL.
H596CZ-PR is a handle kit for a deck-mount or Roman tub filler and requires a deck-mount valve rough R2700, R2707, or R4707.
