Our current shower fixtures (two handles) are equipped with a 3s-2h/c stem cartridge and we would like to install with new modern handles. As a question, will the Tetra T handle (H592 or H590) work as replacement? Ole

Is this the price for 1 handle or the pair? You have photos of 1 and a pair, but no where in the description does it state that it's for a single handle or the pair pictured.

My contractor can't get one of the Tetra T levers installed perfectly level at the 180 degree angle on the R3500-WL valve. He says there are notches that have to be selected but no notch makes it perfectly flat. Is there a video? Help please!

Please make sure that both the hot water and cold water is in the complete off position. We do not have a video of our Tetra handles being installed. The cold handle will rotate clockwise to turn on and the hot handle will rotate counterclockwise to turn on. Please rotate the cold handle stem counterclockwise to turn off, and the hot handle clockwise to turn off. We appreciate your inquiry. Please reach out directly if you have further questions!
