Plastic insert

During my remodel job on my bathroom, we have lost one of the plastic inserts that goes into the H697PN tub handle. Can I order a replacement one of these? I do not see it anywhere on the schematics of the product.

How do you remove the button cover that covers the set screw?  Thanks.

I need the measurements for this handle. How tall is it and how wide?

Can you use this as shower handles?

Can I use these levers as shower handles instead of tub handle?

i have whirlpool tub with delta model #2780 or 2781 in polished brass with handle # h 64. i would like to know which other handles # i can use as replacement with this model & if you can give me the part # for base plate in polished brass. Thanks

I apologize for any difficulty finding a replacement set screw and button. I know that can be frustrating. We are happy to help! A replacement set screw and button are available as part number RP72720SS. https://www.deltafaucet.com/parts/product/RP72720SS.html The Allan wrench size is 3/32" or 1/8". Be sure the glide ring is properly seated in the bottom of the handle before installing. Then slide the handle down over the stem and tighten the set screw as needed.
