How do you loosen the existing Spindle?
One document I read said to loosen a second set screw...The handle I have does not have a second set screw.

Thank you for your question. The handle does have a set screw in the back of the H74 handle. There isn't a second set screw that you will have to remove before removing the handle.

How do you attach the handle accent to the actual handle base? Does the "pin" looking thing attached to the handle base in the picture unscrew? Thanks!

I have an H74 handle that keeps falling off because the small yellow plastic hex shaped adapter inside of it that it screws into is stripped, so the handle just wobbles instead of staying firmly attached. Even though I've tightened the screw sufficiently
