shower handle
I ordered this part on 7/6. I received confirmation of order and note that I would receive email when product shipped. The order indicated it would take 10 days to receive. It is past that date and apparently the product hasn't even shipped.

My plumber dropped the handle and broke the porcelain part of the handle. Can I get just this part replaced? If so, how do I order one?

Can I use this handle for the shower body, or is it meant more for a diverter?
Hi Erin, Thank you for your question. The H777 handle is used on a single handle tub/shower faucet, it is not a diverter handle.

Porcelain handle smooth?
Is the porcelain part of the handle a smooth surface like some of the other Leland handles, or does it have ridges like the Victorian H712?
