Even sent pics of where it was to be attached. Looks like I'm going to have to replace the whole fixture. Lesson learned: Keep all paperwork for whatever you buy as you may need parts.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Faucet Direct had the handle when home improvement stores didn't After replacing the cartridge in my Delta shower fixture, I still needed the handle that was not sold separately at local stores. I found the replacement handle for my shower fixture at Faucet Direct. The handle came with a set screw which really helped since I couldn't get the old one out of the old handle anyway.

I’d like to replace the crystal ball knob with this handle (H79) but need the but need the the stem extender, glide ring and set screw. Am I able to purchase these items?

H79- Would I need to buy 2 for hot and cold?

The Delta Metal Lever Handle Kit - Tub & Shower In Chrome MODEL#: H79 is for a tub fixture. This would direct cold and hot water. This is not designed for a lavatory faucet or kitchen faucet but a tub and shower faucet. You would only purchase one handle. Need to replace the cartridge and lever on a 1400 series. I believe the cartridge is RP19804. How about the lever is it H79, RP48717 or something else. Looking for Chrome finish.

Hello. The H79 handle allows water from the shower head to infiltrate the handle through the set screw hole. Is a button or plug available to cover the set screw hole?

We are happy to help! No, this handle is not designed to fit a 600 series shower that pulls up on the handle to turn on. Does this lever work on top of a garden tub? It would replace an old acrylic know RP 2389

Where can I find this handle in a brushed nickel finish?. I was able to find a reseller with a h79nn ., but this is Perl nickel and it is a much brighter finished than the brushed nickel finish. Is my handle cover under warranty, set screw is seized ?
