Good match, design could be better
A perfect color match and general fitment for the Delta Faucet 559HAR-CZ-DST Trinsic Bathroom Faucet, however the faucet can rotate on the escutcheon given that the hole does not line up with the bolt on the faucet. For the money I would have expected a more elegant/engineered solution, but at least it looks nice?

Can only use THIS escutcheon to cover 3 holes in counter, for single lever faucet. No one else makes this particular one, except Delta. $38.08 is extremely overpricing for this item.

Is there a difference in the diameter of the hole on the RP100091 and the RP72991?

Our Delta Faucet Escutcheon In Chrome MODEL#: RP100091 and RP72991 are model specific, the escutcheon plates are not interchangeable. I have included the link to the technical speciation sheets for both faucets, this will allow you to see the measurements we have available.
