Is it possible to order just the Head Assembly (RP21905) and pump (RP21908)? Spout on the head is broken and I can't seem to unscre the nut that holds the entire part in place. The 2 parts I mentioned would fix my problem and situation. Thank You

Is this or any other of your manual soap dispensers ADA compliant?

None of our manual soap dispensers are ADA compliant at this time, other than our touch dispensers line and I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Can this dispenser use foam soap?
Thank you for your question, Lauren13. Most standard dish soaps, hand soaps, sanitizers, and lotions can be used. Foam soap will not foam.

Do you make a dispenser for FOAM soap?
I have several but they are for liquid soap.

Thanks for your question! Unfortunately, we do not currently make a soap dispenser that will work properly with foaming soaps.

Is there a longer body assembly for thick countertops?

interested in this dispenser as it states 13 oz large capacity --- yet when I look at product specs it states 10 oz bottle is included? Please clarify

A little plastic ring broke and my dispenser no longer works properly. Also a little bit of the finish chipped off of the top. Do I need to purchase an entirely new dispenser or can I get parts? I'm not sure what part I need based on the technical spec
