Rated 1 out of 5 by from Broken within 2 months The rest of the pierce faucet seems to be fine but this push popup drain has been nothing but broken. I've taken it apart and will have to find an off brand with the same finish. I can't even figure out how this can possibly work. There is a little spring in it that looks broken. We activated the push probably 15 times before it was broken.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Absolutely HORRIBLE!!! Fails and is backordered. We bought 2 faucets with these pop-up drains. Both units pop up failed within a couple months of installation. It took a couple months to get one replaced. The other we just received notice it is on back order and we ordered the replacement May 1, 6 weeks ago. AVOID this product as it clearly has issues and DELTA is still selling them as in stock but replacements are back ordered!!!! Absolute junk. This is the last Delta faucet I will buy due to the support given of this product. Disappointed to say the least. I checked NO on recommending this product to a friend only because there wasn't a "No way in h*ll" option.

Can I just buy the pop up assembly itself?  The little pin that catches the stopper itself came out and I’m not sure if it is bent or how it was originally.  I’ve only had this for 3 months. Model # 35864LF-BL

is rubber washer (underside of sink) one piece or two and is the rubber washer made of synthetic rubber?

Our popup assembly that came with the Nicoli wide spread faucet has an o ring that has stretched out on the popup center mechanism. Where can we get a new rubber ring? It is less than a year old and won’t hold water without the o ring.

We are looking for just the top part of the pop up brushed nickel drain as we had the same issue another customer had: the pin that held it down popped out and we can’t get it back in.

What is the thin seal for? It doesn't show it in the directions, or on the video. It is on the towel, then poof....

The rubber gasket that seals the drain when closed keeps becoming unseated and preventing draining when open. It seems slightly stretched out. Is a replacement gasket available so I don't have to replace the whole assembly?

I have a sink that does not have an overflow.  This drain pipe has an opening in it that allows anything to get into the cavity where the overflow would be.  How do I fix the bad smell from the overflow cavity?

I purchased the Arvo Single Handel Centerset bathroom faucet with the push pop-up drain. The drain cap sits almost 3/4" above the drain when the pop-up is open. Is there a way to move the cap closer to the sink so it does not stick up so far?

In error, I threw out the old sink with the drain attached. Need a replacement piece to connect to the plumbing drain. Bought 4 years ago. Model KAYRA # 533-LF-PDMPU. Is this the correct part to order, RP10037?The original documentation says RP81628.

The push pop-up does include overflow holes, and would not be recommended for a sink with no overflow holes. How can I clean out hair and soap from the drain without pulling out the pop-up assembly. When I pull it out the o-ring get stretched out and will no longer fit.
