Got 2 of these with new faucets, neither worked properly from day 1, they dont seem sized correctly for the waste pipe so dont pop open

The push up down drain plug is not very rugged
Drain Pop up needs to be more rugged
I have only had this faucet and drain installed Nov 2021 and have had issues since Jan 2022

Broken within 2 months
The rest of the pierce faucet seems to be fine but this push popup drain has been nothing but broken. I've taken it apart and will have to find an off brand with the same finish. I can't even figure out how this can possibly work. There is a little spring in it that looks broken. We activated the push probably 15 times before it was broken.

Absolutely HORRIBLE!!! Fails and is backordered.
We bought 2 faucets with these pop-up drains. Both units pop up failed within a couple months of installation. It took a couple months to get one replaced. The other we just received notice it is on back order and we ordered the replacement May 1, 6 weeks ago. AVOID this product as it clearly has issues and DELTA is still selling them as in stock but replacements are back ordered!!!! Absolute junk. This is the last Delta faucet I will buy due to the support given of this product. Disappointed to say the least. I checked NO on recommending this product to a friend only because there wasn't a "No way in h*ll" option.

I bought the Broadmoor faucet a couple of years ago in shiny chrome. The popup drain just snapped the other day and now it won't stay down. A small clip seems to have come out of it. Is there a way to just get the drain part? Don't need the ent. assembly.

I have two Sparrow faucets purchased at Lowe's last year and they came with this drain assembly (RP100137CZ). The stopper top seems to be plastic and the poor finish is wearing off. Can I replace it with this item which appears to be metal: RP5648CZ

Unfortunately the Sparrow lavatory faucets do not utilize a lift rod in the back of the faucet so they can not engage/disengage the RP5648 stopper. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

I purchased the Delta Broadmoor faucet from Amazon on March 30, 2023. The color is stainless. I see there is a life time warranty. The part number/model number is 35765LF-SPPD. The plastic piece under the cap broke. Can I get a new drain part on warranty?
