Wouldn't be without it!
I added this soap dispenser when I purchased my Delta Trinsic kitchen faucet. I also had this item in a previous home. Love it, love it. I fill it with Dawn detergent and use it for dishes and washing hands. Wouldn't be without it!

Bought this soap dispenser recently to replace an identical dispenser that corroded at the point where the soap exited and eventually broke. New one has a plastic liner so shouldn't reoccur. Love the classic simple lines. Don't need anything ornate and it goes with the decor of the remodel beautifully.

Functional, reliable, sturdy, good looking
This was initially recommended to my wife by the sales person when she asked what to do with the extra hole in our sink. We used our first one for over 14 years. It looked good and never had a single problem, except that we sometimes ran out of soap. When it finally died a valiant death, we immediately replaced it. The replacement looks just like the old one and works just as well. I think it will probably outlast us. If you have an extra hole in your sink, buy this. You will love it!

This is the perfect product
We replaced a soap dispenser with the Delta RP1001 Arctic Stainless Soap Dispenser. I love this product. It wasn't the least expensive or the most expensive.
The low profile makes the Delta Dispenser perform very efficiently.

They look nice. But they were too short to go through our granite countertops. Couldn't screw the bottle on after putting it through the countertop. Had to return them.

Replacement Product
Our original one corroded at the tip end and it just fell
off one day! Odd, since we're on public water, not a well, so shouldn't have been corrosive.
Hopefully, this one will last longer.

Replaced all our soap dispensers (3)
They call this the "classic" It means it must have been around for 20 years. That was about how long ago I put the originals in.
They were still working but were starting to look pretty ratty. The soap can really do a job on the metal parts.
So I went to faucet direct because I have dealt with them before and their service and response are really top notch.
Fast delivery, great packing - ! am a happy camper!

Replaced previous pump
This was a replacement for the pump we installed 10 years ago. The old one was flimsy and the paint chipped, so it became rusty (it was also a Delta). This one feels more sturdy.

Does what I need
After looking at several models of soap dispensers, ranging in price anywhere from $14 to over $200 (yes, that's right), we settled on this model. Mostly because it was the same manufacturer with the same finish, so I knew it would match the faucet. That was what was the most important.
The pump does what it should (just a short push and it's plenty of soap), the bottle holds an ample amount of soap, it's easy to fill, it installs in a jiff, and it looks great. My only reserve is the nozzle is a litte short. Still, it functions fine and the price was right.

Great Dispenser
We had a white one of these with our old Delta faucet and it worked perfectly for over 15 years! Replaced the faucet with a black Moen one when we remodeled the kitchen and the soap dispenser that came with it was TERRIBLE. It never worked properly, we had them send us a new one and the new one was just as bad. I don't like the pricetag on the Delta, but it works like a dream and I'm so glad we have it!

Great addition to our kitchen sink
I've had this item for over 7 years. Recently, a visiting child washing his hands at the sink pressed down on the soap "arm" or "wand" instead of the top of the pump. The wand broke off at its base. We haven't replaced it yet but plan on doing so soon because I can't live without this wonderful accessory. I see some other reviews speak about the fill up being slow. I find it easy - all I do is open the dish liquid bottle and balance it in the dispenser opening and squeeze. I don't even use the funnel.

My sink was installed up against the hole where the soap dispenser tube comes down so I need a threaded tube that is 2" longer. Is there a longer tube that I can get so I can get the wing nut on there and secure it to the sink lip? RP1001AR

Do you sell a replacement top portion of this dispenser? I’ve been happy with it, however, the metal on the top of the thin tubular “soap spout” started flaking off and has consequently rusted in several places. Looks terrible!

Can I just purchase the part of the dispenser head that pulls out...the part that has the spout where the soap comes out? That's all that is broken..
