I don't know why they break, I tried doing surgery on it but I end up just buying a replacement. Was about to order another, but the price has jumped 3x since the last time I purchased. Going to have to think it over...

I had my kitchen remodeled in 2015, Loved it when it was finished, however, I have had issues with the Karran quartz sink (( stains dreadfully), and now the soap dispenser fell apart several years ago. I was able to keep pumping out the dish soap, but it's useless really so I don't even use it anymore. I know I'm late in leaving this review due to health issues after a botched surgery.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor experience My kitchen renovation has been completed for about a year now- this soap dispenser worked fine for about 5-6 months but has since stopped completely. Have refilled, cleaned, reattached multiple times. What the heck? I’ve cut a hole in my quartz to allow for this but it doesn’t work!? Cmon, Delta…give me a “fix” please
