I had my kitchen remodeled in 2015, Loved it when it was finished, however, I have had issues with the Karran quartz sink (( stains dreadfully), and now the soap dispenser fell apart several years ago. I was able to keep pumping out the dish soap, but it's useless really so I don't even use it anymore. I know I'm late in leaving this review due to health issues after a botched surgery.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor experience My kitchen renovation has been completed for about a year now- this soap dispenser worked fine for about 5-6 months but has since stopped completely. Have refilled, cleaned, reattached multiple times. What the heck? I’ve cut a hole in my quartz to allow for this but it doesn’t work!? Cmon, Delta…give me a “fix” please

I have this soap dispenser installed 2yr 5 months ago when my home was built  I specified this kitchen faucet set (Delta Marca Faucet with Soap Dispenser) purchased by my builder through Home Depot.  The soap dispenser no longer works effectively.

Hi PatriotRetired, Please accept our apology for the inconvenience you are experiencing. We are happy to help! Soap may accumulate and plug up the nozzle or pump over time. The first step is to soak the head and pump in warm water. That will soften the build up and allow it to be cleared. After soaking, connect the head to the pump. Place the straw end into a cup of clean, warm water and activate the pump to rinse the components out. Reassemble the soap dispenser and test it out with soap as normal. What are the measurements of this dispenser, specifically the nozzle? How far will it reach over the edge of an under mount sink?

I'm getting a RP100251SP soap dispenser to match a Lenta faucet. Is this the right soap dispenser for that faucet? I saw an answer about the size of the hole for it and it was 2¾". That seems big compared to the faucet (1 5/16"). Is that correct?

my soap dispenser looks like this and came with a pull down kitchen faucet. It gets stuck, not letting up. I just want to replace the catridge which remains intact. I dont need the whole set up.

Soaking the pump in warm water can help with dried soap that may be causing the issue.
