I had my kitchen remodeled in 2015, Loved it when it was finished, however, I have had issues with the Karran quartz sink (( stains dreadfully), and now the soap dispenser fell apart several years ago. I was able to keep pumping out the dish soap, but it's useless really so I don't even use it anymore. I know I'm late in leaving this review due to health issues after a botched surgery.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor experience My kitchen renovation has been completed for about a year now- this soap dispenser worked fine for about 5-6 months but has since stopped completely. Have refilled, cleaned, reattached multiple times. What the heck? I’ve cut a hole in my quartz to allow for this but it doesn’t work!? Cmon, Delta…give me a “fix” please

My soap dispenser worked fine when it was new but, now only delivers minimal amounts of soap. I must pump it multiple times to get an acceptable amount of soap. Is there a repair kit available? and can i get locally?

I have these dispensers, however, need to mount them to my sink deck. Pump and bottle are connected, however dispenser handles are not secured to the sink deck, can you provide the part number for a kit to mount these securely to my sink deck?

GM It does pump the soap but it also leaks all around. Tried cleaning it to make sure no buildup of soap. Please help

What are the measurements. Specifically how long is the length of the spout hanging into the sink.

What is the champagne bronze soap dispenser made of? RP100251CZ. I'm replacing a Moen one that is sold metal. But this is much lighter so I'm assuming it's plastic? Will it hold up to use without wearing out, breaking or scratching?

RP100251SP has started to leak soap from the area below where you push down and it runs onto the countertop. A little comes from the correct area but most is below the pump push area. I checked that it is not clogged at the end.

Hi Brad R, Thank you for your question about the Delta Faucet soap dispenser. I recommend soaking the head and pump in warm water. After soaking, connect the head to the pump.
