I had my kitchen remodeled in 2015, Loved it when it was finished, however, I have had issues with the Karran quartz sink (( stains dreadfully), and now the soap dispenser fell apart several years ago. I was able to keep pumping out the dish soap, but it's useless really so I don't even use it anymore. I know I'm late in leaving this review due to health issues after a botched surgery.

Have refilled, cleaned, reattached multiple times. What the heck? I’ve cut a hole in my quartz to allow for this but it doesn’t work!? Cmon, Delta…give me a “fix” please

We had our kitchen remodeled in August 2025. The Delta faucet/air switch/soap dispenser in champagne bronze were installed. The soap dispenser RP100251CZ has stopped pumping. It will not prime or pump. Can you replace?

How do I fix this dispenser MODEL#: RP100251SP  When I took the dispenser apart it seemed like the tube inside had come apart from something.  When you pump it the soap comes out the bottom rather than the spout.  This is poor quality for the price I paid

The tube can be removed from the pump, and the pump can be removed from the head. Soap can accumulate and plug the pump or nozzle. To fix the issue, first, we recommend soaking the head and pump in warm water. That will soften any buildup and allow it to be cleared. After soaking, connect the head to the pump. Place the straw end into a cup of clean, warm water and activate the pump to rinse the components out. Reassemble the soap dispenser and test it out with soap as normal. I have this soap dispenser installed 2yr 5 months ago when my home was built  I specified this kitchen faucet set (Delta Marca Faucet with Soap Dispenser) purchased by my builder through Home Depot.  The soap dispenser no longer works effectively.
