My installed escutcheon plate moves clockwise and counterclockwise of any pressure is applied. What needs to be done to secure the plate to the wall?

Asked by: Dale Doney
Hello Dale! Thank you for your question and we are happy to help. We recommend tightening the bolts underneath the sink on the escutcheon plate. If this does not resolve your issue, please do not hesitate to give us a call or send us an email for further assistance. Best Regards, Carrie
