REVIEWS
Rated 2 out of 5 by from Good idea, poor execution We bought this tub spout about 2 months ago and are finally getting it installed. However, when pulling up the lever, water still comes out of the spout. Unless this is an intended function (which it doesn’t say that it is) this tub spout is not a worth the money.

How do you remove the aerator on the spout of a 144770-SP. It is sort of rectangular with two, what appears to be, phillips head screws. I can turn them, but nothing seems to happen.

Asked by: Lee Church

The lever on our spout becomes sticky/difficult to pull up. We’ve been using a de-limer which helps temporarily, but it’s sticking on a weekly basis now. Is there a lubricant that can be used?

Asked by: Martha
Hi Martha, Thanks so much for contacting Delta Faucet Company about RP100495SP! I am sorry for the issues you are experiencing, we would recommend soaking in a 50/50 solution of white vinegar and water as the diverter may be getting clogged with debris.
