How do you get aerator off

To remove RP100512 it will need to be unthreaded. Please try soaking it using a rag with a 50/50 white vinegar and water solution for about 1 hour, then rinse and wipe with a soft cloth. This will help dissolve mineral buildup. Please contact us if you have any further questions.
