Q&A

What material is the body of the RP100833 spray wand made of?

Asked by: jaymo
Hi jaymo! Thank you for your question and we are happy to help. The Delta RP100833 is made of metallic and non metallic components as well as plastic. Non-metallic products are beneficial in that they do not rust or corrode and help prevent heat transfer. With any further questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to us again. The Broderick spray head has a removable aerator. I AM LOOKING AT IT. There was a tool to unscrew it in the package which I have lost. The materials you are repeatedly quoting from are incorrect, please ask someone in charge to take corrective action.

What is the part number for the RP100833 aerator tool? I misplaced the one that came with the faucet. It would be helpful if your document team would include this item in the parts lists (and the aerator that I don't need at this time.)

Asked by: Mike
The 2390L-AR-DST faucet that I purchased had a double ended aerator tool, one end smaller than the other. One end fit into the aerator on the spray head. As I stated I don't need an new aerator but I want to purchase the tool provided that I misplaced. For some reason there seems to be a surprising variety of sizes for that tool. Will there be a replacement in the future? There is definitely an aerator in the spray head so not having a replacement seems to be a major oversight. Thank you.
