Is this the same part as "Mounting Sleeve and Tube" shown in the parts diagram for "T5756-LHP-WL Dorval Tub Filler Less Handles" used to mount Handles H568 to Rough In 3500-WL? And if so, does it include the sleeve, or is it just the tube?
