How do you remove part number 101294 Sprayer Assembly from the hose? Faucet number 9179 DST.
Hi Edward,
We’re very sorry to hear about your experience. The connection where the hose and the wand meet has a button. Press the button and rotate the wand counterclockwise. Once it has been loosened completely, it will pull off. Please do not let go of the hose or it may retract back into the faucet spout.
Sincerely,
Kyra
