I need to replace the RP101540 cartridge on my 2 handle faucet but can't find a way to remove the top cover/handle - there is no set screw visible. The fauce is the Delta Nicoli Centerset Matt Black Bathroom Faucet (25749LF-BL. Can you please advise?

What am I supposed to do when when the nut did not arrive with the product? We have the faucets, drain, etc. but the nut that attached underneath to tighten the drain in place did not come in the box.
