Trying again to get the correct finish and an adequately functioning valve
The pop up had a slow leak and you sent me another after I reported the issue.
The new one also has the same slow leak through the mechanism itself (not around iveit). I was sent a polished nickle instead of the brilliant stainless. Could you try again to give me one that doesn't have a leak in the brilliant stainless finish? Please contact me to discuss.

Cheaply Made
Ordered two of them, but discovered that they do not have an all metal construction push pop as described in the description. See attached photo. The push pop mechanism is plastic and not brass and attaches using two pressure clips within the overflow openings, which isn't very secure. The bottom tail on some other brands can be unscrewed and replaced with a longer tail, but this one is fixed. Will be returning them.

I have a Delta Pop Up Valve that has failed and need to have it replaced, I believe it's still under warranty Model Number RP101630 in Nickel. I would like to know if this is something that is warrantied? Regards Bob

The Metal Push-Pop With Overflow MODEL#: RP101630PN has a Limited Lifetime Warranty that coves, all parts (other than electronic parts and batteries) and finishes of Delta® faucets purchased from authorized Delta sellers to the original consumer purchaser to be free from defects in material and workmanship for as long as the original consumer purchaser owns the home in which the faucet was first installed.
