Buyer beware!
Delta will not respond to my question if this cartridge is a DST cartridge! A customer service rep I have been working with on an issue with low water pressure says it is, and they have sent complementary replacement parts, but documentation here clearly states ceramic disk and I purchase the Delta Trinsic single handle vessel faucet and paid significantly more for DST cartridge technology. I purchased the part number from the faucet product specs and it did not fit the faucet! Now I have a faucet with a cheap plastic ceramic disc cartridge and they state the problem was a misunderstanding on the product documentation sent with my "high end" DST faucet! Guess I will find a different faucet by another manufacturer.

Our plumber is installing the new Stryke bath faucet and says the cartridge is bad. It is blocked on one side so the cold water will not go through. This should be covered by the warranty. How to I get a replacement cartridge?

For a leak under the handle, we recommend using a wrench to tighten the bonnet nut. If the leak remains, replace the RP101762 cartridge for models made after 06/26/2022.
