Is this part for kitchen faucet factory supplied 3/8" pex and compression connection to 1/2 water supply lines ? Thank you

Asked by: Nelly
Hi Nelly, Thank you for your question about the Delta Faucet RP101764. The nuts, gasket, and ferrules are for 1/4" Innoflex PEX lines if a custom fit connection is used. The nuts are for 3/8" compression. Please reach out with any additional questions! Best Regards, Bryan

I bought the 564-SSMPU-DST (bathroom faucet). The water supply hoses are a bit too long. I need to cut the PEX pipe and install new PEX fittings. Do I need one or two RP101764? Do I need anything else?

Asked by: Dinwa
Hi Dinwa, Thanks so much for contacting Delta Faucet Company! You only need one RP101764 to resolve the issue. No other items are needed. However, you can still loop the PEX lines in order to still install the lines if you have enough room under the sink. Please reach out with further questions! How to repair a leak at the base if KITCHEN FAUCET DUE TO COROSION ?

Asked by: Gammy
Hi Gammy, Thank you for your question about the Delta Faucet RP101764. Please accept our apology for the inconvenience you are experiencing. We are happy to help! If a kitchen faucet is leaking from the base under the sink or down the supply line, I recommend replacing the faucet cartridge. If the cartridge is not sealing correctly, water can leak out of the valve. If there are mineral deposits or buildup from a leak, clean by soaking in 50/50 white vinegar and water. Please reach out for further assistance or with any additional questions! Best Regards, Bryan Digital Communications Specialist

I accidentally cut the supply line on my bathroom faucet model 35717-DST. Luck it was at end of hose. I need the end to attach to the hose that goes into the shut off valve. The little white piece. Will this work?

Asked by: Davidsc
Hi Davidsc, Thank you for your question! This replacement part is for 1/4" InnoFlex or PEX supply lines. Model 35717-DST should have 3/8" InnoFlex or PEX supply lines. If the supply line is cut, a custom fit connection can be made using the included RP50952 ferules. Carefully read the instructions to avoid potential leaks: https://media.deltafaucet.com/MandI/69883%20Rev%20B.pdf Please reach out with any additional questions! Best Regards, Bryan
