Is this compatible with the delta Arvo. If not, is there a wall mount for the Arvo handheld?

If i live in a rental, is there a way to install without screws going into the tile to mount?

How is the back removed so i can install with the screws provided?

Hi Sdm68, Thank you for your question about the Delta Faucet RP101859SN. The mount cover and the mount base are separated by pulling them apart. They are snapped together.
