Q&A

Where can I buy a replacement hose assembly #RP103754? I have not been able to find a replacement and the hose has cracked. None of the “universal “ kits have the correct faucet fitting. This has been a great unit.

Asked by: Greg
Hi Greg, Thank you for your question about the Delta Faucet RP103754 replacement sprayer and hose. Please accept our apology for the inconvenience you are experiencing with the hose. We are happy to help! We no longer make the hoses with a square white quick-connect. The recommended replacement is this RP103754. Which now has a round quick-connect. You will need to use the entire kit to also change the block and o-rings on the faucet nipple so that the round quick-connect can be used. Please reach out with any additional questions! Best Regards, Bryan

Will the RP103754SS replace the RP54807? Do the quick connect fittings match and are they interchangeable? I have a Model 21996LF series / S/N 413763-A faucet.

Asked by: Jim R
After some back and forth with support, the RP103754SS will replace the RP54807 *IF* you get the RP103673 plug replacement kit. That will swap out the square connector for the newer round connector. Why this isn't more commonly known with the support teams seems to be a massive support ($$) loss for Delta on resending connections.

I have a builders grade chrome faucet with a side sprayer. The part on the sprayer that is pushed to start spraying is broken.  The head and neck unscrews from the bottom that is connected to the hose. Can you send me that part?

The button of my sprayer is slow to respond and gets stuck. How can I make the button responsive again?

Asked by: Collin
Hello Customer! Thank you for your question and we are happy to help. We recommend scrubbing the face of the sprayer as well as soaking it in 50% warm water and 50% white vinegar to break up any debris. I was sent a replacement sprayer & hose assembly. My old sprayer has a square white disconnect-replacement has round disconnect with 2 small black washers&blue plastic piece.video that shows how to convert would help-answer y’all provided b4 doesn’t help

Asked by: Frank
I also received a replacement sprayer & hose assembly with no instructions. The old sprayer hose assembly had a white disconnect piece on the attachment nipple that needs to be removed. Then the new blue piece will need to be replaced. Make sure that the arrow on the blue piece is pointing down. After this small blue piece is installed, you can attach the new sprayer & hose assembly.
