I have a bathroom sink faucet that is 22 years old. Does this knob have a hex opening and also is the screw offset..it can't be a diamond opening on the knob and has to be offset for bathroom sink...please advise
So the correct faucet handle is not RP2391 ...it is in fact RP17451-3....it has the Hex opening

Single knob bathroom sink faucet, the single handle looks like a Delta Faucet RP17449, how do I know what the replacement cartridge is for this sink put in in 1998? (Could not see a model number)

Are there instructions on how to uninstall the old one and install the new one?

Thank you for your question regarding our Delta Faucet DELTA® Clear Knob Handle Kit MODEL#: RP17449. I am sorry this information was not readily available, and I am happy to help you!
Unfortunately, we do not have instructions on how to uninstall the handle. The handle removes by popping the Delta button on top off then unscrewing the Phillips screw inside.

i am trying to replace knob handle, similar to RP 17451.....the difference being the screw is diamond shape and is offset.....not in the center. i have tried every local hardware store and Lowes and Home Depot.....no luck. Can you help me?
