What is the height of the bottom face of the escutcheon? I need it to be 1/16 of an inch or less for my handles to mate with the valve stem.

Can these be used in a wall mount application?

Thank you for your question about the Delta Faucet RP18543SS.
This is a replacement handle base for a model BT2710-SS deck-mounted Roman tub faucet trim. This handle base is also included with a model 061058A wall-mounted diverter transfer valve.
