Hard water issues Well water
We have well water and I have purchased this time (3 other purchases ) a stainless stell version. All the others have pitted (chrome) can you advise

Replacement was excellent
The replacement faucet looks great! I'm disappointed that the finish on the original faucet was pitted in 3 places even though everything else including the separate spray nozzle and water handle were fine. I hope this faucet lasts longer than the original one, but this house is new to me so I don't know exactly what may have happened to cause the finish to corrode. At least I didn't have to replace everything and you made getting the appropriate part very easy--I spoke with a customer rep who was most helpful.

Delta faucets are junk, don't buy
Bought a delta replacement spout. Didn't last very long. Paint started bubbling and then water leaked through the bubbles. I have water softener, so it is not a hard water issue. Delta would not honor a warranty. Other parts of the faucet have remained decent looking. Save yourself money and buy a different brand that will last a long time, especially considering how much faucets and replacement parts cost. The Delta brand is cheap.

Exactly as expected
The faucet was exactly as I expected and since it was discontinued - very difficult to find. The web site was incredibly easy to use! Delivery occurred when promised. I recommended the site to my sister and she used it with the same perfect results.

Are there supposed to be 2 groves inside the spout where the o-rings seat or has the spout on my 174 WF been worn.

Could you provide installation instructions for the Delta RP21462 with RP21463 and RP22934.
I need a kitchen faucet replacement part RP21462 with aerator in Brillance finish. Where can I find one? When they put this in I registered my faucet with delta, and was told replacement parts are free. It sprung a pinhole.

Where can I find installation instructions? I was sent a replacement part but no instructions and I don't see any listed here
Hi,
Thanks for your question. To remove the old spout, first slide the bonnet up to reveal the spout retainer. You can then pull the retainer open slightly and slide it up the spout. Next, remove the spout by swiveling it back and forth while pulling up. Once the spout is removed, replace the O-rings and install the new parts in reverse order.
