Delta provides an incorrect screw recommendation (RP152). The correct screw is slightly wider and longer than the RP152. After going to Tacoma Screw in Portland, Oregon, they were able to identify the proper screw measurements: 1/4-28-3/4. This replacement screw is slighly shorter than the original but still works because it has the same width and thread as the original. I am not sure why Delta doesn't have the correct information available to them. It may be that the handle on the original faucet uses a different screw (RP152) vs. the replacement handle (RP21469SS). Additionally, I used some food grade lubricant to seal the screw between the screw and the hot/cold pastic cover to prevent mold and gunk from getting lodged in the screw hole. I've already had to drill through one handle (hence, why I have experience with both the original screw and the replacement screw that comes with RP21469). Hope this helps others and saves you the time and $$ from ordering the wrong set screw.

The RP152 does not fit the handle replacement (RP21469). You need the following screw: 1/4 x 28 x 3/8. Learned this the hard way by ordering RP152 and it didn't fit. Replacement screw is slightly wider and longer than the RP152. Tacoma Screw in Portland, Oregon was able to identify the proper screw. This screw will be slightly shorter than the original but has the same width and thread. It worked perfectly. Hope this helps others and saves you time.
