Rated 1 out of 5 by from no soap We have had our soap dispenser for 1 1/2 years, and it has almost quit dispensing soap located on our kitchen sink. We have to pump it several times to get enough soap to hand wash dishes in the sink. Now i have to purchase a new pump or change brands of Despensers.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Don't last very long I find that I have to replace the pump about every 2 years because they seize up and won't pump anymore. It's funny, I have cheap soap bottles with pumps that I refill and reuse for other things that are going strong after 15 years. Surely it could be made with parts that hold up longer?

What is the diameter of the body of the pump?

I have an older soap dispenser (about 16 years old) that matches model RP50813SS and the pump assembly doesn't match this one. I went to the local hardware store and this model (RP21908) is way smaller and shorter. The pump assembly I need is 12"x1/4".
